THE STORM - S/t (Released: 1991, Interescope) - Eye Of The Storm (Released: 1995, Music For Nations, Miramar)

The Storm was a supergroup featuring members from Journey (Steve Smith, Ross Valory and Gregg Rolie) and 707, Steel Breeze (Kevin Chalfant). Their debut album was produced by guru Beau Hill and though first single I've Got A Lot To Learn About Love enjoyed massive success reaching Hot 100 # 26 the abum only reached USA # 133 while second single Show Me The Way failed to chart.
Soon, Steve Smith left the band replaced by Ron Wisko and the group toured with Bryan Adams, Peter Frampton, Eddie Money and others.
The new line-up recorded their new album Eye Of The Storm in '93 but Interscope decided to drop it due to changing times in music. Was in '95 when Music For Nations released this masterpiece only in Europe while Miramar did it in the U.S. though The Storm was already disbanded.

Two essential albums in any music collection.
