Here we go with the returning of Black 'n Blue after 23 year and let me say that this is a very consistent album. This album is definitely a winner. Black 'n Blue is back in bussiness with their harder edge, pure Hard Rock from the begining to the end. The voice of Jaime St. James sound better than ever and guitars by Shawn Sonnenschein and Jeff Warner rock hard. The opening track is called "Monkey", just take a listen to those guitars an its vibe will get inside you and make you want to yell. Pete Holmes on drums make a good rockin' work as you will notice in every song specially in "Fools Bleed" or the title track "Hell Yeah". One thing worth to pay attention is Patrick's Young bass sound, is so raw and it gives to all the album a live feel that you will notice in "So Long".
In summary, a good album in the vein of 80's Hard Rock with a soft touch of modern, but if you are a fan of Black 'n Blue you'll miss songs like "Without Love", "Miss Mistery" or "I'll Be There For You"
Best Tracks (in order of preference):
